How do you clean the outside of a building?

At Pressure Fresh we have many years experience in cleaning the exterior of buildings. Whether it’s roof cleaning, gutters and soffits and render. Or even commercial premises with cladding, concrete pathways, stone, block paving etc. Put simply – if it’s on the outside of a building we can clean it.

We use various equipment to achieve a quality finish – from low pressure soft washing and chemical treatments to high pressure cleaning and superheated steam cleaning – all of which give us the ability to clean all surfaces and substrates.

When we arrive at a premises the first thing we check is the water supply and drainage as these two things are paramount to getting the job done.

We collaborate closely with our clients, advising on the best way to approach the job at hand. WE cater for all surfaces and each job requires a different cleaning method, including specialist superheated steam cleaning, which reaches temperatures of up to 150C. This method gives us the ability to clean the most stubborn of greasy surfaces including oil spill removal from the most delicate of historic stone. In this case we would turn the pressure down to protect the integrity of the stone, but maintain the heat, and if appropriate we use chemicals in conjunction with super heated steam.

We also specialise in super heated brick acid cleans and paint removal. The fantastic results we get can be attributed to our thorough approach. First we arrange a test patch at your convenience to see what is under the paint. Often paint needs to be removed from a building because its properties are non-breathable, which can lead to damp. Once we’ve investigated what is underneath the paint and the condition of the material, we can determine our approach, which we’ll discuss with you before commencing work.
